ICT was founded 20 years ago, and its associated companies are leaders in the international payments business. The high transaction volume it handles makes it the most competitive company in the market.

There are no hidden fees. The system is transparent and precise. All charges are reflected in your transfer, and you can know them in advance.

The time depends on the transfer method:

  • Bank account transfers: Processing time can range from 5 minutes to 1 business day.
  • Cash pick-up: Normally processed instantly.
  • Mobile wallets: Typically instant as well.

In exceptional cases, your transfer might be delayed beyond 24 hours due to factors such as holidays or non-business days in the destination country, missing required documentation, changes in identification, regulatory or compliance reviews, or time zone differences.

  1. Log in to the Global Transfer system.
  2. Enter the amount you wish to send.
  3. Select the beneficiary.
  4. Authorize the payment using your PIN.

Ensure you have sufficient funds in your balance. Deposits can be made in cash at any Doar Israel branch, to our account at Bank Discount in any of its branches, or at authorized agencies that accept money.

Cash load via Doar Israel: Up to 20,000 ILS monthly.

ICT Cash Card: Up to 20,000 ILS monthly.

    • Credit/Debit Card loading: Up to 10,000 ILS monthly (with adjustable daily limits).
    • Wire transfers from the customer’s bank account: Up to 10,000 ILS monthly.

We hold balances for up to 3 business days. It is mandatory to send money once you deposit it. Since we do not operate as a bank, we do not allow you to hold your balance for savings or currency rate functions.

Your balance is available for immediate money transfers to your beneficiaries.

You can deposit money in the following ways:

  • In cash: At Doar Israel, Bank Discount, or other deposit points.
  • Wire transfer: From your Israeli bank account or Doar.

Credit/Debit card: Through ICT systems or with an ICT/019 Cash Card.

Contact your bank or DOAR (Post Offices) for instructions and use our ICT account details provided below.

Employers can deposit funds directly into your ICT account. If they wish to transfer higher amounts, they may need to provide your salary slip as supporting documentation.

You can deposit money from a 019 cash card by logging into your ICT account, selecting the deposit option, and choosing the 019 cash card as your payment method. Follow the instructions provided to complete the transaction.

To set up an online postal account with Doar Israel, you must visit a nearby branch and request the service. Ensure you have your ID or other required documentation. For Rama 4 level access, additional verification steps may be required, which will be explained during the setup process.

You can deposit money at the Post Office (Doar Israel) by visiting any branch and providing the following details:

  • ICT account number.
  • Amount to be deposited.
  • Valid ID or documentation, if required.

The funds will be credited to your ICT account once the deposit is processed.

Log in to your ICT account and select the deposit option. Choose Credit/Debit Card as your payment method, enter your card details, specify the amount, and confirm the transaction. Ensure your card is authorized for online or international payments.

To deposit money using your Bank of Jerusalem card, log in to your ICT account, select the deposit option, choose your card as the payment method, and complete the transaction. Ensure the card has sufficient funds and is authorized for use.

You can deposit cash to your ICT account at:

  • Doar Israel branches.
  • Bank Discount branches.
  • Authorized deposit points.

Provide your ICT account details and the cash amount to the teller to process your deposit.

To deposit funds via wire transfer:

  1. Log in to your bank’s online platform or visit a branch.
  2. Provide ICT’s bank account details:

Click on the invitation link your friend shared with you. It will direct you to the ICT registration page, where you can sign up and automatically be connected to your friend’s referral.

Yes, ICT allows you to receive money directly to your account from your home country. Share your account details with the sender to ensure a seamless transfer.

ICT requires documents to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. This ensures the security of your account and transactions.

Yes, ICT uses two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance account security.

You will need:

  • A valid passport or Teudat Zehut (Israeli ID).
  • Proof of address.
  • Contact details, including your phone number.

Click on Forgot Password on the login page, and follow the instructions to reset your password via email or SMS.
